Hello and happy Friday!
This post is long overdue. A number of months ago when I shared that one of my health and fitness focuses for the week was to make sure I ate seven servings of veggies, a lovely reader asked me if I could share what that looked like.
The focus of eating seven servings of veggies was part of my 75 Hard challenge, so I made sure I took lots of photos so I could share them. Some photos aren’t great as they are taken at dinner time in low lighting but you can still see what my dinners look like. The dinner meals also show how I tailor my eating to be gluten free while the rest of the family isn’t and I don’t have to cook separate meals.
Below I have put together what one day looked like and then additional photos of other meals so you can see what else it could look like too. Then as always, I go on to my progress for the tasks I set for myself this week. Any questions on any of it, please feel free to leave them in the comments and I will answer them.
