Solid foundations to help start the week off well

Hello, I hope you had a great weekend. I had a nice mix of time with the kids, some time with friends, time outside, time cleaning and time in the kitchen. As we head into exams for the school kids and in general just a busier time of the year, I find having a solid foundation really helps to start the week off well.
