The power of accountability + gorgeous bangle giveaway
Hello! How are you this week?
This is the middle of three newsletters I write on this platform. (The first and third emails go to paid subscribers only.) The first one goes out Sunday evening and I share what I am working on for the week and some tips for the week and then on Friday I send a progress update sharing how I went for the week including my reflections on how the week went and some interesting finds I have had over the week. Members of the group are encouraged to share their tasks for the week in the comments and likewise provide updates on Friday too.
Since I started this new email series in July my productivity has increased significantly! I set up the group to help give accountability to like-minded women who have goals they want to achieve or simply want some help staying focused and on track. As the screenshots below show they are very much enjoying the group and finding it super useful but so am I.
There is such great sharing of information that it helps keep everyone focused for the week and it has helped me set some really great habits in planning out my week. I love hearing what others are working on, love helping where I can, and am often inspired to try certain things that others share. The group is totally supportive and while we share the details when weeks go well, we also share (myself included) when they don’t. There is no judgement, just understanding and encouragement.
There is great power in surrounding yourself with others who are like-minded and who want to get the best out of every week. If you would like to read more or subscribe you can do so here and experience the power of accountability.

One way to make changing a habit easier is by using substitution. For example, if you are trying to cut out alcohol during the week but currently have a habit of having a gin and tonic or a glass of wine each night as you make dinner, try subbing out the gin and tonic or wine for Adapt Drinks Relax. Serve Relax chilled on ice as you would your gin and tonic and allow Relax to help you unwind as you make dinner during the week!
Enjoy the rest of the week!
